    I have credit, but can't set a new alert either.  I don't know what is going on.

    I'm in the process of getting my money back through PayPal. The email I sent to them concerning the issue keeps coming back with an error message.

    This isn't the case for me - Cruisefish saved us on a cruise we took last month on Celebrity.  I got the alert in October that the price had dropped and our TA was able to get us a free upgrade to concierge class in lieu of a price rebate since we'd already made final payment.  I get fairly regular notices when prices change on the ones where I have alerts set up.
