    Why don't I receive alerts?

    I have subscribed to alerts for 2 cruises. On one of the cruises, there have been quite a few price changes for the cabin categories that I am following. BUT, I have never received an alert about these price changes. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    On most of your alerts you only selected the USD/Senior rate, but the price drops occurred on the USD/Standard rate.

    You need to modify your alerts and add that rate if you want to be notified.

    Thank you. I checked all of my alerts and now both regular and senior rates are checked.

    Is there any way to check for changes in residency rates on your website?

    Hi, I see in my alerts that there was an alert for a JS today on my 2-25-2012 cruise, but I didn't receive the email. No biggie since the category is now sold out, but I want to make sure I set it up right in case it is available again.

    Apparently you haven't set the alert on the right date and/or category.

    Can you check again? I don't have any alerts for Carnival cruises. Only 2-25-2012 Serenade of the Seas and 11-24-2012 Jewel of the Seas RCCL cruises. Is there a way to screen shot or should I send an email with what I see when I click on Alerts?

    Ah, I get it now. Sorry I confused your account with another one.

    Actually this is a bug and I'm glad you brought it up. No alert was generated for that JS but the date you see under 'last alert' is in fact the date you last modified the alert.
