Not receiving any alerts on multiple cruises

I have not received any price alerts from cruise fish in months; however, I have rebooked one cruise 3 times saving over 300.00 and another cruise about 100.00  all my cruises are on Carnival.

I also noticed that on my alerts, all the categories that I pick to watch are gone, except just a blanket category for a balcony room.

    is cruise fish working?

I am having the same issues.  No updating for any of my cruises.  No CAD pricing at any time (set up alert 6 months ago).  I think the fish is all but dead.

Princess [tracking 1 cruise] seems to updating almost [but not every] day.  Celebrity, OTOH, continues to be almost useless.  I'm tracking 5 cruises [meaning I PAID $5 for this SERVICE]:  one last updated 11/05 [8 days ago]; two last updated 11/04 [9 days ago]; the other two last updated 7/14 -- those cruises now have a duplicate listing that updated 11/05 but my subscription is stuck on the dead ones.  I am feeling completely ripped off by this website at this point, and very sorry that I added the last $5 worth of credits because I can't see me ever using the remaining balance!

Has cruise fish become a scam?  There is no customer support, no response to any concerns.  Anyone have a suggestion to contact anyone to fix the issue?

    No, not a scam.

I am actively working on all reported issues but it takes time.

    Thanks for your patience,

Glad to hear that you're still around. Why is stuff breaking so much? Are the cruise lines changing the interface to pull the prices? BTW you should add MSC when you have free time :).

Titus, These have not updated since 11/11/2017 and I know they are not correct because I booked a cabin that is the only one on the ship and you still show it available.  Other sailings on this ship, the Jewel OTS, are also not udated. Has Royal done something that has made your programing fail?
