This was such a fantastic site when I found it last year. Now I am having issues with prices being wrong and 1 person rates not even showing up at all. Email support. Wait two days. Email support. Wait a few more days. Email again and again-- no response after almost two weeks and five emails. Don't waste your $$!
I agree Cruisefish was very good in the beginning and I've been using them for many years. However, Cruisefish performance has drastically declined and is unrealiable now.
I believe that Cruisefish.net has changed hands, resulting then less then accepable performance.
I agree. I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org 2 weeks ago with no reponse. I'm a long time user who has save $$$ in the past. I wanted to put alerts for two Symphony of the Seas sailings and the cat I've booked has no pricing ..... just ---- in the price box and several categories aren't even listed. Does anyone know of any other cruise price drop websites?
I've been using cruiseplum.com as an alternative. I bookmarked some searches so they are readily available, but there is no email feature for price drops. The upsides are that it's totally free (I am not bothered by the fact that cruisefish isn't-- if it worked) AND the best part is their totally responsive customer service-- whenever I've had issues, they have been addressed and fixed rapidly.
Thanks.....I'll try it. I didn't mind paying for CruiseFish when it worked but now, to me, it's useless. Too bad.....it was a great resource.
Ditto here. I'll try the other site. Thanks.
I agree. There are so many prices missing for the solo rates. I have also noticed that I'm getting the email alerts, hours after I've already found the price drops on my own.
Sadly I too have had all the above issues and may have to say goodbye to my old friend!
