    No response from Titus about many problems....See below!!!

    When I look at my alerts on the cruisefish site, they are not showing updates. The last updates are days behind, have incorrect pricing, (which is seen on the cruiseline site when I check),  show sold out, some only have pricing in GBP and CAD, not in USD.  I have not received email updates for several days either.

    I have not received any answers to my emails to Titus.  What is the problem???

    When I check other cruises that I do not have alerts set for, I have the same problems...  not updated, most are showing sold out etc. etc.

    Many of my "Dormant" alerts went live again this morning!

    Seeing some of my alerts not updated in weeks.  Is this site still managed?

    I read this thread before adding my most recent alert-- and thought "oh, what a quick response from support" when I had a question.  Now that I've set the alert and what Titus told me about prices that weren't showing isn't actually true, I'm curious to see how long a response/ fix ACTUALLY takes. I will update when my issue is solved!

    Royal Caribbean changed how cabins are categorized for sailings after April 2018. Recently released itineraries are listed on Cruise Fish but categories are incomplete and/or wrong. I want to put an alert for Serenade of the Seas for 8/19/18 and 8/28/18 but what's the point if the category I'm booked in isn't even there.   As a long time customer this is very frustrating.  

    Pictures show New Categories and Categories for the Alert in Cruise Fish.   When will this be corrected??

    I hate to say it, but starting to get the impression that none of this will actually be corrected, given some of the recent posts.

    I booked a category on NCL that HAS existed (studios) and was told by cruisefish support that the category will be added "several hours after the initial alert is created".  It's been three days and nothing-- and my initial quick response from support was apparently only because I hadn't yet set an alert.  

    I emailed cruiseplum support about an issue over the weekend-- response and correction of the problem within a few hours.  AND it's free.  I do not mind paying for a working product-- but I would like it to actually work.

    Agree this site seems to have gone dormat   A real shame it worked great.
