    How do we get our Alerts transferred to the New Links

    I have multiple alerts set up for future RCCL Sailings... I see there are now multiple dates for each of my sailings with one with a line thru it (Alert has not updated in 2 days) and another sailing with the same date, that is now updating prices.

     

    How do I get my alerts transfereed from the bad links to the new good links?

     

    Here is one example:

    Bad Link:

    Good Link:

    https://www.cruisefish.net/finder.md?id_cruise=87222

     

    This is just one of the 4 RCCL Sailings I have Alerts set up on and each one of them are like this.

    I would suggest that you contact the administrator and the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

    I advise doing what Barb has said.  It helps if you copy and paste the links to the sailings in your email.  I had the same problem and it looks like mine are on the correct ones this morning..  I contacted him yesterday

     

    Maybe yours are corrected as well.  Good luck

    If you look at my original posting, you will see that this was posted in the Bug Reports Forum.... and the links were included in my original email...

     

    I must have posted in the correct place as the underlying issue has been resolved and I am now receiving my alerts again...
