    problem with alerts

     I am wondering what's going on. This past weekend I was not informed of a price change on a cruise I was following.  Fortunately I found the reduction and was able to save over $350 for myself and my friend also. In May I was informed another cruise I was following had gone down in price when in fact it had not.  I am not complaining I have saved a lot of money with CF in the past, I am wondering if I can trust it in the future.   Has anyone else had problems question

    Same here.  I found a price drop for my cruise on my own.  Never received an alert email from CruiseFish.  Hope they fix the problem soon.

    At least I'm not the only one!!!  I just signed up with cruisefish to watch for price drops for a client of mine and I'm not getting the emails!!!  I hope they fix it so I don't feel like I wasted my money :frown:

     I just sent an email. We will see if I get a response. I hope the administrator I believe his name is Titus is well.

    I still get alerts for other ships I am following, but Explorer  of the seas for 9/23/16 has gone down twice and I haven't received any alerts.

    Yes I did and after about 3 days it came back as undeliverable.

    Which cruiseline?  I know CF has had problems tracking Royal Caribbean pricing lately.

    Current Military Rate on RCI website for Radiance Aug 19, 2016 is not showing on Cruise Fish. I currently have several alerts for different cruises and hope I don't miss any price drop notifications. 

    I'm wondering if RCI's new way to price "sales" is making it hard for the CF system fo keep up?

    Cruisefish says on my princess cruise that a category S8 suite is still open and when I called Princess two days ago they said it was not available and C.F. still shows as of today that it's still available.
