CF Not showing all available catergories for RCL ships

Is anyone else hving problems with the RCL ships and CF?  When I check any Oasis class ship for an OV balcony every single date only shows D2 and D8 cabins availalbe when there are also D5 D6 and other D categories available for booking.

If I look at any 5 night Brilliance sailings the only balcony cabins that show as available are D2 and E2 yet all other balcony cabins are definately available.

Yes. When attemping to search deals on specific Royal ships it returns to page 1 of the latest deals for all cruise lines.

    The following have issues:

Allure, Brilliance, Explorer, Indy, Legend, Majesty, Monarch, Navigator and Voyager.

Both of you should contact the administrator as described in the FAQ's in order to get the bug addressed.  See directions below:

What information do I need to provide when sending a bug report?

If your bug report is about a specific cruise make sure you include that cruise's permalink. Copy and paste it in your email or forum post.

I have already done that - Since I have not heard back from Titus I figured I would post it here.  I also wanted to get confirmation that it was not just on my end.  I have since spoken to another CF member who tells me that he is also having the same problem

I thought this was a problem with one of my alerts and sent CF an email a few days ago.  I have not heard back.  Now when I look further it seems to be all RCL ships, CF is not showing all available categories.  Most of them are shaded out when they are indeed available for booking.

Thanks for the additional info.  I'm really surprised that the administrator has not acknowledged here.  I know several of my alerts are also showing mostly sold out, but I know also that they ARE that way and have verified that through other sites.

If you go try to find any RCL ship in the distant future and click on it you will see that CF is only showing 1 or 2 categories avialable for inside, OV, balcony etc.  I checked a few and there are most all categories available ( say in OV G, H I etc) but CF is shwoing them as N/A

    Hopefully Titus can fix it.

The problem is that RCI is no longer displaying price info on as many sub-categories as before. What is displayed on CF is all I could get from their web site.

If you have any link/suggestion where to find prices for (say) all cabins (D1 thru D8) please let me know. For now only D2 and D5 are returned.

    Seascanner.com is a good source.

Also, apparently there will soon be some changes to RCI's website.  I was trying to book something last week and got so frustrated that when I got someone on the phone, I just let loose with how bad the site it.  I was told that there would be changes and they are working on it.  We'll see.

When they changed the website a while ago, it doesn't return categories that are restricted. Ie. D1 on some ships require 3 or 4 passengers and will only show on the rc website when you set the parameters to that number of guests

Re: .Re: CF Not showing all available catergories for RCL ships

RCL has made their website VERY user UNFRIENDLY- For example, in order to catch OV balcony cabins on the Oasis class it only lists the least expensive which is usually a D8- The only way I have found to get other rates is to go to a third party site and find an avaialbe cabin and then go back to the RCL site and put in that number.

Hopefully CF can find a way to capture those rates.  I used to use this site all the time to quickly check RCL rates as it used to be easier to look here than go thru all the steps on the RCL website, even before the last changes.  Now I use a thrid party TA to check the different categories

I've been using Cruises Only for pricing and cabin availability.  Lately I can not seem to pull up available cabins on Sea Scanner- I never used it for pricing, only a quick way to see available cabins

I had that problem too with seascanner then noticed at the bottom of the page a button called availability instead of the old way of just clicking on the stateroom category.
