    Never have received any alerts...

Signed up over 6 months ago and set up about five alerts and to this day I have not received one email for a price change.  I have set the alerts for either up or down for the category we booked and I know there have been changes as we called TA and took advantage of drops, yet Cruise Fish was silent.

i have read how to set up alerts, we don't enter a value in the Down alert, just select the category and select any Up or Down changes for notification.  We don't add anything else, so what is going on?

cant find anyway to reach support for Cruise Fish.  Any ideas?

I got an alert email from your post responding and it didnt go into Spam.  I check Spam/Junk Mail and never saw any alerts there. The alert from your post was the first email i have ever received from the site.

I have received them each time there was a change in the system.  I don't know why it is not working for you.

Something important everyone needs to check is whether your alerts include a 'standard' rate like (for example) USD/std.

Always include this rate in your alerts even if you monitor special (senior, etc.) rates as most price changes happen in the std rate.

The "CREATE" button is how you submit.  Did you use the "CREATE" buttom?

After all the things; you listed were selected, then you select the cabin category by placing the mouse over the desired category.  Next all the parameters appear for you to make a selection and right below "cabin category" you will see "notes" and below notes you have the option to "create" or "cancel".

Thanks, Titus. I had the same question. I thought it was odd I have never received an email (even in Spam) about alerts. I only had military rate checked, not standard.

    Thanks!

Where do you find this USD/STD rate when I am in the Alerts and I click on the Category it opens up the actual alert.  I have all the options for Fun Select, Early Saver, Past Guest, etc....but I don't see one for Std/USD.
