    Previous alerts / new credits?

    I had signed up to get a price alert. I received one from Cruisefish. It WORKED and I received a discount from Carnival. Woo Hoo! Thank you....

    However, today I noticed Cruisefish showed a discount for my category room but did not send me an alert. I also went ot the Carnival website and it wasn't changed there.

    Can you please provide any insight? Also, when I originally signed up, there wasn't a charge. Now there is. I don't mind paying for this service, because it seems to work but are my original price alerts still working?

    It seems the Carnival pricing engine is having a few fits. I'll check that and see what's going on.

    Sure, all existing alerts (free or not) work until the saildate.
