Removal of SB and SI on Quantum and Anthem is unfair to solo travelers

With the impending release(sometime this month) of new itineraries for Quantum of the Seas would you please put the SB and SI categories back into the system.

I originally paid for monitoring of SB cabins on two of the Quantum sailings on which I am already booked and then added another that I was hoping to book. You removed these categories and told me to do a general monitoring of balcony cabins, however I am fairly sure that given the current categories that are shown as being monitored if an SB price drop or an SB cabin becomes available for one of  the sailings, it is likely that I will not receive an email informing me of such.

Am I wrong on this assumption?

You don't remove stateroom categories that have no current availability for other ships. I really feel that this is unfair to those of us who are solo travelers. For example because you chose not to include the SB and SI categories when the Anthem sailings became available (and there were cabins available in both the SB and SI categories as verified by RCCL) solo travelers, like myself, were and are unable to monitor the prices.

I am exclusively a solo traveler and have little to no interest in booking a double occupancy cabin if I can book an SB. and I know that I am not alone in this preference. Please return these categories to the data base so that I can make use of the service that I originally paid for and can utilize it for future bookings!

No categories were "removed", they just don't appear to our system or RCI's web site when checking prices for two passengers.

I am still working on supporting solo passengers and when that feature is ready (a week at most) these categories will appear.

This is the reply you gave to me when I first inquired about why my Quantum of the seas alerts disappeared:

I had to delete a bunch of unused categories (i.e: no price on any cruise), so that might be the reason your alerts have disappeared. Sorry for the inconvenience but you will have to re-set your alerts (without using credits) maybe on broader categories for the time being until RCI publishes their new categories.

Will that include the NCL studios?

    Of course.
