    Alerts are unlimited?

I've sent this question twice via email but there was never a reply. Given what I see in the forum I am not holding my breath that I will get a reply here. However, I have to at least try. "The unlimited monitoring of any cabin categories, types or classes for a single saildate costs only $1 USD (less if purchased in bulk). For that low price you can keep saving time and money on your cruises." I wanted to watch both SUITE and BALCONY cabins for the an upcoming cruise. The above text from the main page of your website led me to believe that it would cost $1 to watch an "unlimited" number of cabin categories. However, when I go to create an alert I have to choose either SUITE or BALCONY. It looks like it will cost me another alert to watch both. Or am I missing something? While I am at it, it is all well and good to claim that an alert is only $1USD, but when you have a minimum purchase of 5 (with an expiration date) I will likely have at least 3 alerts expire. Thanks.

    Re: Alerts are unlimited?

I have alerts created for a single cruise date 04-18-11 on NOS and it only took me one credit. I am monitoring all classes of cabins for this cruise. Concerning the alerts expiring, yeah, I will have alerts expire also. But at the $1/alert price I wasn't going to lose any sleep over the alerts expiring. It saves me from checking every hour on the price of cabins and always thinking I am missing a drop. If it drops $50 and I save the money I am not going to worry about my 4 credits expiring. Hope that helps.

Did you have to select each cabin class? I didn't do that initially because I feared it would use an additional credit for each cabin class.

Yes. Select every class. It will only take one credit if you are on the same cruise. I have every class selected for my date on RCI NOS. Hope that helps.

    Re: Alerts are unlimited?

I have the same problem to be notified of any change in any category you have to pay for each grade, thus $1 for inside 9 or 10 etc. The problem is that it could cost you 30 or more if you wanted to check each category. Therefore, why not go to the Cruise Line website each day and check yourself. I have over 10 cruises currently booked so it is a problem I wish the service could remedy.

You do not have to pay for each cabin category. Only $0.99 for all categories (or grades) of a single cruise.

thank you for your help, evidently I was not watching correctly. However, how do you change your password, I tried on my pc and the new password would not let me interface. I am now on my mac which the url was already loaded so I did not have to log into....thus I am fear I cannot log out of this on my mac. Please let me know so that when I am on another computer I can have access. thank you. I would like to pick out my own password, again..
