SeaScanner.com - no availability option anymore!

    All,

I have been watching SeaScanner.com when checking for the amount of cabins left on a particular cruise.  I went in today and the availability link is gone.  Not able to see cabins on the deck plans.  Bummer!  Any other suggestions?

If it was celebrity, their site was down.  I just checked the number of cabins on my cruise.  It's up and running

I am new to this site and just learning but I do not see an availability button either.

It''s there, just well hidden.  There are probably much more efficient ways to reach it, but this one works for me.  Sign on to SEASCANNER and hit the Ships" button in the top line.  Then the cruise line you're tracking.  Click the right hand column showing the number of cruises for the ship you're interested in.  Then the yellow "V" in the left hand column of your chosen cruise.  Then "Details"  "Availability and Booking" appears on the right side.  Presto!  Next comes the list of cabin categories.  Simple:rolleyes:

There's got to be a better way, but as sailors say "Any port in a storm"

Don't know why they felt they had to changed their site????  It was excellent before--very easily read and navigated;  it definitely is NOT an improvement IMHO!

Well, they changed the website...AGAIN!  Now I can't see the available cabins.  Frustrating!

Yes, it is even worse now!  I have sent them a message in their "contact us" section at the bottom stating that they had a wonderful site before and should have left it alone.  I hope everyone will send them the same message.  I used the site a lot to check cabin availabililty.

I suspect they would prefer to have people make a lot of bookings through them, than just have a "wonderful site."

I also can't get results, but suspect it's issues like the above that brought on this restriction.

I don't know what you did but it worked!  Thanks!

I guess they only changed it in Florida and Alabama, cause it's working fine in Virginia.  But as has been noted, keep sending them complaining messages and they will make a fatal change.

If you want to see Celebrity availability of cabins, go to their U.K. site.
They show all available cabins. SeaScanner does NOT show all
available cabins! On SeaScanner if you want to see all available open
cabins, you have to check each cabin individually past the 15 or so shown.

The above is also true for Royal Carribean. Their UK site shows inventory up to 50 cabins per category.
