    Find fault with Finder

Why does the finder list under ship name not include the date beside it? I mistakenly asked for an alert in 2014 instead of this year. It would be great to at least have the year..for example

    15 Day Spanish Farewell 2013

otherwise you spend alot of time reading the fine print or, like me, ask for the wrong cruise alert.

i was charged 5 points for a verandah alert for the wrong year!

First of all, an each ship date alert is 1 credit not 5.

Secondly, when looking up your cruiseline, then ship, when your click the destination the year is the FIRST thing listed.   Not for nothing, but the fault doesn't lie with Finder.

    Re: Find fault with Finder

After i requested following Balcony, my five credits disappeared. I wrote asking to change to 2013, that request was ignored. Is cruisefish THAT hard up? It is discouraging after having been on the site 5 minutes, four of which were spent trying to remember my paypal password. Computers programs have no heart, do they?

First I replied to you asking your login to investigate the matter.

Second, you still have 4 credits, so you only spent 1 on your single alert.

Third, I just changed your alert as requested.
