How long does it take to be notified of price or availability changes?

I was thinking of booking a second Gardev Villa on the NCL Gem for a group cruise we are taking.  I was watching for price drops.  Received a couple of notices that the cabin was gone and then would receive a notice that it was back at the same price.  I finally decided to go ahead and book it and not take any chances.  That was Friday afternoon and now it is Sunday morning and I have not recieved a notice that the catagory is now gone.  I checked the NCL website and it shows that both of those rooms are gone and there are only 2 of this catagory on the ship.  I have pretty much depended on CF to keep me posted of changes in prices or availability on cruises I had alerts set for.  I am now a little concerned that I may have not been getting timely information.

I continue to notice major delays in price updates since I last asked about it. I did recently buy $20 more worth of credits. I hope things speed up soon.
