    Titus - trouble emailing you

    Hi Titus,

I've tried 3 times to send you a message at your contact email address. All 3 have been bounced back to me with this message. "Client host rejected: get lost dirty spammer" WOW!  I would like to send you a private message. Do you think maybe you can email me at the address on record and maybe I can respond to that email with my private question? Maybe that will work for me.

Sorry about that!  Our spam filtering system is a bit foul-mouthed. But I just told it to behave so your future messages should go through.

Thanks, I resent it again, naughty word and all. LOL I hope no one has to discuss things from their toolbox in the future. ;)

I also emailed you several days ago regarding a problem deleting a monitored cruise.  I used the "contact us" feature.  Never got a reply.  I was also able to  show you what my screen was showing and the cruise that I am trying to delete (Serenade OTS) is shown a bit differently from the others for some reason.  Can you explain?  Thanks in advance.

I got your e-mail, sorry for not answering right away. The (alert credit purchased) means you can return to that cruise and re-set alerts there without spending any credit. But this:

    1. makes no sense for unlimited users like you
    2. clutters the alerts listing

So I'm looking for a better solution. In the meantime don't be too concerned about it.

Thanks for the response.  I just couldn't figure out why it wasn't "going away".......

Glad to know that "contact us" IS working.
