filter your alerts by event type

Hello, When creating alerts you can now decide on which events you wish to be notified: - DOWN: price is down since last alert, - UP: price is up since last alert, - NEW: price is newly available (appeared as '...' in the grid before) - GONE: price has been removed by cruise line (they do that often!) - BACK: price is back, without change By default all existing alerts have been converted to DOWN/UP/NEW (the most interesting events). If you wish to add GONE/BACK please review each of your alerts and add these events manually. With this new feature you will receive less alerts from us but, hopefully, more interesting ones. Comments and suggestions welcome of course,

Re: filter your alerts by event type

I just rec'd an alert saying cruise was gone. But when I checked Carrnival web site it's still there.  Sept 7, 2014', carnival dream.  So I don't understand what the email is saying?  Can you explain? I have my alerts set up to show down, gone, back . I booked under the early saver rate at 649.
    thanks for your help
