    TAX INCLUSIVE?

    can someone please tell me if the cruise prices on the CruiseFish tables are inclusive of tax? thank you in advance maz

    I see no one has answered your question. I can only speak for the cruises I am currently monitoring and for those the prices shown do NOT include taxes and fees.

    You are welcome. I probably should have added that the taxes and fees I am seeing are running about $100/pp. The way to find out exactly is to do a "ghost" booking on the web site of the cruise you are considering and those fees will be added before giving you the grand total.

    It is definitely a rush! (LOL) If the cruise line you are tracking has a resident rate or a senior rate (if you qualify), you should continue to track them yourself also --because I don't think Cruise Fish is doing that yet???? Hopefully soon.

    problem for me is that i'm booking for a large group of family and friends- all different ages- different categories.... but, no residents- we are all in australia ;) but I will keep checking for sure

    My understanding of taxes and fees are that, for the most part, they are set by the ports-of-call themselves, for the services rendered (use of facilities/tenders) when the ship docks. So a cruise with a port a day will be tax and fee intensive. Fewer ports = fewer taxes and fees.
