Good afernoon renlaubri - I agree. I have been using the site for some time and a buck is well worth it. Finding the "big" one, will pay for this service for a long time. Cheers, Dennis

Hi, I am new to your website & have questions. I understand you have to purchase credits in advance in order to set up alerts? It looks like you have to go through paypal & purchase a min of $5.00 usd? So if I want you to monitor my cruise and only one category, say 8A, do I only get charged 1 credit ($1.00 usd) for unlimited alerts or is it $1.00 for each alert?

One $1 alert will track all categories you select for one ship on one date and will continue to track these from the time you set it up until the ship sails. I hope I am understanding your question correctly???

Hi, I only cruise about once a year if that. I have a cruise booked as far out as 18 months. If I buy the min. $5 of credits, do the expire?

    No, CF credits never expire.

I also agree $1 per alert can save you much more money in the long run. What I love about the CF service is when they notify you a sold out category that you wanted has becomes available. I was able to grab my first GS ever last Sept on RCI by receiving an alert of a cabin availablity. Last week, I was able to grab our second GS when it became available for this October on RCI by receiving your alert. Thank you so much CF  Well worth my $ investment.

I do not mine paying for the alerts if I get service to go with it.

I have contacted you several time regarding 2 alerts I set on the Star Princess for two back to back cruises.  Princess changed the sailiin dates due to their ship repositioning.  Originall I believe the date was March 17th California Coast cruise and 28 days sailing from LA on March 24, 2019.   Now our 28 day cruse on the Star Princess has been changed to March 30, 2019 Hawaii - Tahiti with our B2B cruise following on April 27th which was switch from California Coast to an Alaska Cruise on the Star Princess.  Complicated  know but how do I get to monitor the cruises that I am on and not those that I am not longer a passenger.
