I totally agree, right now you may as well just go to the web site at Celebrity to check each cruise out for discounts, even though I have been using the service, I can now see that due to the fault it is really doing me no service

    Hi,

This looks like a temporary paypal error.

Can you tell me what browser and version your are using?

I have used this site in the past when it was free. Didn't save anything, just curious about the ship I was on. I've also purchased credits under the system which allows MULTIPLE categories/dates & charges by ship. THAT is reasonable. If I had to pay PER CATEGORY...nah, I can do that by myself on other sites. I don't think you'll be needing your extra servers after awhile, if you decide to keep down your current path. JM-two cents.

Thank you. Right now I have to pay for each category that I am following and again no discounts are on the site. I do not know of any other site, like this one, is there one, thanks

Yes, right now I am using a mac with safari, I hope this helps, yes, it is costing me quite a bit, because I really need to have more than one category as many times when the price comes down I upgrade. Example: celebrity constellation november 6 I am checking category 9 and c2. Of course I am paying for both, because it takes the credit off the total every time I do this.

Hmmm, this is definitely not the way it should work: 1 credit monitors all categories for a single cruise. Let me check and get back to you on this.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Ok, after checking your account I see no sign that you might have payed twice for the same cruise alert (different categories).

CF alerts have become non-free on 29 august 2010. Since that date you have set alerts on 22 new cruises (31 cabin categories). As you have purchased 24 credits your current account position of 2 credits is correct.

    Did I miss something?

Re: CF will not be free much longer

This site is fantastic: AND A BARGAIN!!! Anyone complaining about a buck a cruise to automatically check for price drops has likely never received (or does not know how) a re-fare price drop.

We have saved 10's of thousands of dollars in re-fares over the past 7 years. We used to use another price monitoring program that closed up shop this past January when RCI changed their entire search engine.

We were elated to find CruiseFish. Incomprehensible that someone would spend $2,000-$7,000 for a couple to cruise but complain over spending $1 to potentially save 10% to 40%their cruise fare. The most we ever saved on a single cruise was$3,362 (and this was not in a suite - it was just a normal balcony on a 16 night trip).

The only thing I see missing here is State residency discounts. The more who join this wonderful service the more resources will be available to make it even better.

    Keep up the great work.

I agree whole-heartedly. I LOVE this site and use it frequently. I am currently watching every rate code for every category on two different cruises and only used one credit per cruise. AND I have NEVER had a problem getting a response from admin. He has always answered my questions within 24 hours.

Totally agree 500% Titus, your website and you are doing a great service for all of us and I know it costs to grow and maintain... To expect it to be "free" make me wonder what are some individuals thinking??? It costs money and time to do this...

    Thanx for all you do!

Re: CF will not be free much longer

I don't think that a buck is anything to complain about. Even having to buy 5 credits up front. I jusr books a RCCL cruise, 3 balconies. If I get the price drop on even one room that would be great. I will def lose much more at the casino on the ship. So a $5 buck bet is nothing here. Keep up the great work!!!!!! I would like to see the discounts added tho (senior, law enforcement, military ....)

    Thanks

    Dear Admins,

I have just managed to secure a price drop and then a subsequent upgrade (with an added price drop!) from looking at your site.

I didn't set up an alert, but feel that it would be right to give a small token of appreciation.

Do you have such a system?

New to the site. Will gladly buy credits. Surprising how some want the ability to save 100's or even 1000's but won't cough up a couple bucks to do it.
